How this daily challenge works
Place digits 1–9 once in every row, column and 3×3 box. Given digits stay fixed. Daily grids vary their starter positions and clue count; they are not assigned a human difficulty rating.
One shared puzzle per UTC date, published after 00:05 UTC (08:05 in China). Each generated puzzle is checked for exactly one solution. Older date pages keep the same board. Entries save in this browser when local storage is available; each date is separate from the regular game.
Select a square and enter a digit, or turn Pencil on to keep candidate notes. Use Undo, Erase, Check and Hint while solving. Restart resets only the open date.
