How to play Garden Seahaven Towers online

  1. Choose an unlocked practice, a shuffled full game or the repeatable fixed deck.
  2. Build the four suit foundations upward from Ace to King.
  3. Build tableau columns downward in the same suit. Start an empty column only with a King or a permitted King-led run.
  4. Use the four cells for single cards. Keep enough cells empty before trying a longer sequence transfer.
  5. Bring all 52 cards onto their suit foundations to complete the game.

Controls

Tap a source pile, tap a destination and press Move. For a suited run, select its column and use Cards + to choose how many cards to move. Tap the selected source again or press Clear to cancel. Arrow keys navigate sources and destinations; Enter selects, C changes the run size, P moves, H hints and U or Ctrl+Z undoes. Pile details lists every face-up card.

A tip before you start

Empty columns and empty cells do different jobs. A free column can receive a King, while a free cell increases the length of the run you can transfer. If two cells are empty, you can move at most three cards together, even when several columns are empty.

How the Seahaven Towers game begins

A full deal has ten columns of five face-up cards. The last two cards occupy two of the four cells, leaving two cells available. All four foundations start empty. There is no stock, draw button or redeal: every card is visible from the beginning. The task is to uncover each suit in ascending order while rearranging the columns in descending order.

Same-suit building changes the plan

A 7 of Hearts can sit on an 8 of Hearts, but cannot sit on an 8 of Spades or Diamonds. This restriction also applies inside a moving sequence. A column with King, Queen and Jack of Clubs in order can move as a group if enough cells are free. An unordered group or a mixture of suits cannot move together. Cards + cycles through the legal run lengths available from the selected column.

Four cells set the transfer limit

The Seahaven Towers card game allows one moving card plus one more for each empty cell. Two empty cells permit a three-card run; all four empty cells permit five cards. Empty columns do not multiply this limit, because only Kings may enter them. A King-led run still needs the required empty cells before it can move to a blank column. A cell holds one card, so a multi-card selection cannot be placed there.

Twenty original practices about making space

The course begins with eight cards left outside partly built foundations and grows to forty-six. Every starting position needs some rearrangement before it can finish. Later practices start with occupied cells and introduce longer suited runs, including five-card transfers. Each constructed practice has a verified route. These are original teaching positions rather than claimed snapshots from shuffled deals; their order reflects more cards and interacting mechanics, not a proven minimum human difficulty.

Read a hint, then choose whether to use it

Up to three practice hints verify a complete continuation and select its next move without playing it. A search that reaches its budget reports an unknown result and charges no hint. The suggested line is one way to finish, not a claim that all other moves fail. In full games, Hint offers a legal move without proving a win. Random deals are not guaranteed solvable. A foundation top can return to a column or empty cell when the normal destination rule allows it.

Pause and resume your table

Play free online with no ads, download, account or timer. Undo restores the previous move and keeps used hints charged. Restart and mode changes ask before replacing the board. The active game, unlocked practices and sound setting save on this device when local storage is available. Pile details shows the full contents of long columns when their on-table display is compressed.

Frequently asked questions

Is Seahaven Towers the same as ordinary FreeCell?

No. This version has ten columns, builds in the same suit and permits only Kings in empty columns. Empty columns do not increase its run-transfer limit.

Why can I not move a five-card run?

Five cards require all four cells to be empty. With one occupied cell, the maximum is four cards, even if the destination column is blank.

Can a Queen start an empty column?

No. Only a King or a legal group beginning with a King can enter an empty column.

Can I move a foundation card back?

Yes. Its exposed top card may return to a column that accepts it or to an empty cell. It moves as a single card.

Are all full games guaranteed to finish?

No. The twenty practice starts have verified solutions. Shuffled full games have no solvability guarantee.

How can I inspect a long column?

Open Pile details to see its complete order from bottom to exposed top. The main board keeps the exposed cards and required controls visible.
